INTRODUCTION

The iSpark Idea and Prototype Competition brings together groups with innovative ideas from faculties and departments in TAR UMT in a platform to pitch and share their innovation with academicians and industry leaders in a quest to emerge as winners of commercialisable ideas of TAR UMT.

OBJECTIVES

The objectives of the iSpark Idea and Prototype Competition are:

To encourage the entrepreneurship and start-up culture among students and entrepreneurs of TAR UMT.

To provide an avenue for showcasing TAR UMT's commericialisable ideas and projects in preparation for the international competitions.

The iSpark Idea and Prototype Competition Organizing Committee welcomes all to participate in the competition to compete for the idea winners of TAR UMT.

Staff, students, and alumni of TAR UMT, industry players, company executives, venture capitalists, members of academic staff, supervisors of project teams, and members of public are also welcome to join the event.
